Ashtanga Yoga Three Week Beginners Course | Starts 10th September

Joining our Intro to Mysore course is an excellent way to begin your journey in Ashtanga Yoga; it affords time for more detailed instruction, as you will be in a group of students with the same level of experience. You will learn the fundamental elements of the Ashtanga practice and experience them within the setting of the Mysore class, so it aligns with the traditional method.

This course is suitable for all levels - no prior experience is required. You will develop a sustainable self-practice with the confidence to move through it at home or in the Shala.

For a limited time only - we offer students joining us on Unlimited Passes or for the Intro Course // full access to our magnificent swimming pool for the duration of their pass!
